Rear Seat Belts

Thinking of buying a 944 but it will need to carry the kids part of the time - hence my question:
- were any 944s fitted with 3-point rear seat belts and if so what year did this start ?

- when did 2 point (lapbelts) start - I'm guess at MY 86 or 87 ?
