Which cars/ MY had rear lap and diagonal seat belts fitted OR provision to fit them i.e. 3 factory fitted anchor points?
Eddie?

Both our 924S’s both 1986MY have 3 fitting points in the rear passenger compartment but would need the brackets welded on in the boot sides to fit recoil seat belts

Thks, I'm chewing over the idea of buying one. The S seems to be the one to go for as it doesn't have so much to go wrong as for example a turbo. I'm looking for a useable car that wont cost a lot to run and wont depreciate much. Is there such a thing?
Could I find one that doesn't need sills/ wheel-arches and fuel pipes replaced?
Eddie

I think a sensible choice - the earliest one used by my lovely wife has been owned by us since 1991 preceded by a 924Lux-we are the. 2nd owner bought at 29K miles now on 116k miles & is still on the original engine & gearbox although the clutch was replaced around 104k miles with the Sachs kit (no rubber )
I didn’t do that but do all other work.
Now has a Danks SS rear silencer /pipe ,fast cam on throttle body,Millers synthetic gearbox oil & ECP brand 10/40 engine oil, fitted a new steering shaft 3 yrs ago(ECP) but still on original suspension but had to replace seats with S/H grey leather set from a 968 a few yrs ago (£120) because the drivers seat ripped the central paneL due to needle chop.

Now needs front wing bottoms repairing (2nd time) - my fault really for not cleaning them frequently enough.
The other red one has been my road /track day car bought off flea bay for £950 12 yrs ago , has Spax lowered front & adjusted rear with front negative camber, again Dansk rear silencer ;fast throttle cam ,cone air filter & had 9 previous owners.Previous owner had fitted new front seats, carpets, door seals-I’ve fitted new S/H window motors & wiper seals.
Been scorned since COvid & in process of now recommissioning it.
