Are you talking about the sills that run along the bottom of the body ? Just in front of the rear wheels is the shark fin followed by the long sil that runs along the length of the body to the front wheel arch. I have just replaced the rubbers and would reccomend that you first of all remove all screws/plastic knuts that hold the sills in place, I recall its four under the sill and two screws holding in a plastic section in the front wheel arch. Next pull out the rubber seal. You will then see that the sill is held in place by a plastic arm with a knuckle that goes into open a red rawl plug that is attached to the body. Pull these apart gently, making sure that you place your fingers around the plastic arm so that it does not snap its moorings on the sill (a common problem). Now remove the long sill, taking care of where it is attached to the sharks fin by two interlocking edges. Then approach the sharks fin, which is held in place by a screw attached to a metal holding arm. You will then have to reach into the rear wheel arch by accesssing it via the space previously occupied by the long sill. It is held in place by two plastic knuts identical to the ones under the main sill you have just removed. I got my wife to do this. When the sharks fin is removed then replace the rubbers and re-attach the parts. Its easier putting it back together. Hope this helps. Any problems email me at jforsyth@oilflowsolutions.com

Sincerely
