Rear Speaker Kit

For anyone who cares....

I ordered the PNP rear speaker kit from Harvey PNP (ebay seller) and completed the install last weekend. Very happy with the results. Relatively straight-forward install and one of the most cost-effective upgrades to the audio. highly recommended. anyone in the london area who is considering the install and would like help/advice feel free to pm me.

ps. not affiliated with Harvey in any way.

Mark, if you want to see the kit/hear it, I've got it in mine and am up in Aberdeen for the next few days.
Think this is the guy iirc: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Porsche-Boxster-Rear-Speaker-Kit-THE-Upgrade_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1638Q2em122QQcategoryZ42612QQihZ012QQitemZ220197077837QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWD2V
You'll need a 6-channel amp if you only have the 4-channel dash and doors in yours.

Sorry for the delay

Thanks Paul - absolutely right, thats the correct link and you need the 6-channel amp. Needless to say, this ugrade is for non-bose cars.

Hi, did you have to to pay any taxes to import it into this country,as i am looking to buy a spoiler and have it shipped to this country.
regards dawson.

I didn't have any tax to pay but i'm not sure if that was luck ? From what i've heard, most people don't have tax to pay (maybe the amount falls below the Customs' threshhold ?

Sorry don't mean to be vague, but just not sure what the rules are. My view was that it was cheap even if tax was added, but then the $/£ was around 2.03 when i ordered...

Hi I assume after market it's an upgrade that fits in the rear compartment I've been told it's a better upgrade than fitting the Bose rear speakers
