Rear Suspension Adjustment

Hi all,
Posting this with you guys as my '72 E Targa has SC rear suspension, I have two questions:-
1) What are the adjusting nut sizes for Toe-in, Camber & Height please?
I know that the locking nuts for these eccentric bolts are 24mm but the adjusting end is much larger & difficult to measure due to being behind the radius arm.

2) Are these adjustments carried out with the weight on the suspension?

Any help much appreciated [8|]
