Rear view camera

I have a rear view camera to fit, and wonder if anyone can tell me the best route to get from engine bay to head unit with video cable?
I have fitted the camera and powered the number plate light, but cant see an easy route to the interior of the car. Any advice appreciated.[&o]

When you fit one of the options to a 996 I think its the Fuel Consumption Unit that shows up on the rev counter and is controlled by the third stalk there are details on how to route the wiring from the engine compartment

Your job would be similar. RichardH can give you details. I was going to fit this but have run out of money as Ive just had to replace the oil cooler

Thanks guys finally managed to find route through. Now camera only works when camera is selected, not automatically when reverse is selected.
What a pain. Found on Rennlist a wire under drivers seat will power head unit, so will try that tomorrow.
