Hi
Got a replacement from Douglas Valley breakers. Pretty sure it is missing the 'male/female' fitting part. I have the circular black rim with the metal bit in the middle. My question - how best to stick to windscreen? Superglue?
Many thanks in advance

Whatever you do, don't use regular superglue, it heats up as it cures and could crack the screen.

I got some windscreen glue designed for the job from Haldords, it fell off a couple of times but has now been in place for years.

When I bought the cab it had a mirror on something like a sat nav windscreen mount. Never fell off but it was a bit too small. Then under the driver's seat I found the correct mirror which I stuck on with Halfuds mirror adhesive. That was the best part of 10 years ago. Failing that nut and bolt and Loctite, or helicoil Loctited in; or leave it off, mount the satnav and use the reflective properties of the screen. Or something radical turn the passenger seat round and run with a navigator providing real-time commentary with live updates
