Rear wheel bearing removal/installation tool?

I have a feeling I need to replace a rear wheel bearing on my 944S, and it looks like it will be a lot easier using something like the removal/installation tools you can buy.

However, they look easy enough to make.

To save me removing, measuring, then making something up - does anyone have one that could measure it up and tell me what the diameters of the discs used are so that I can make a tool up in adavance of the weekend - would save me a bit of time!!
