Recaro seat

Hi

My driver seat has a crack on the side of the GRP.
I have found out that this is a Recaro SP-G as fitted to 964RS but also 968 CS.
I am told that Porsche UK does not supply those anymore.
I called Recaro in Germany: they do not sell direct, need to go to Porsche.

Anyone has been faced with this problem?
Is there a standard Recaro product I can order and use the leather fittings to put over?

Thanks

Thanks for the quick reply.

I do not want to buy any recaro seat but I want to ensure that I replace what is damaged with the genuine article.

Thx

I'm not sure you can buy exactly the same seats new any more.
The closest to the originals is actually the Recaro Pole Position not the SP-G.
If you buy the leather covered version they look very nearly identical - only the moulding on the back of the seat is different (the pole positions are smooth backed whilst the original seats had raised ridges in them - in a sort of union jack pattern).
They are not chap though - Leather Pole Positions go for around £1600 for a pair.
