Recognise this car?

Hi, i recently purchased a 924 Turbo with the reg TRY 895X and found it was featured in the book the porsche 924/944 by peter morgan. last week i visited emc engineering in birmingham who are porsche racing experts and they said they thought theyd seen it before too. Just wondering if anyone had seen it at shows before as i didnt get any service history i am trying to find out more about it.
