Hiya,

I am looking for somewhere to take my 911 sc to for some repair work to the sills and other little areas that need tlc, plus a full respray. Can anyone recommend a garage and any ideas on what I should expect to pay?

I am wanting to get the old girl back on the road after having a bad year with her last year.

Cheers

Jo

Hi Jo

don't know where you live but we have a garage down the road from us Barnetts at Harelaw just outside of Stanley and he has done some bodywork for us in the past (not on the porsche) which has been really well done and very reasonable. Let me know if you want further details. If I hadn't sold the tvr it would have been going to him for some stone chip work

Hi

We are based near Darlington. If you have contact details that would be good.

Cheers

I also remember a bodyshop in Byker that specialsed in Porsche, you could ring Porsche Newcastle and ask them for their trusted bodshop. That's how I found them, good luck! [:D]

Bill Heaney Coachworks is the only Porsche approved repairer in the North East that I know of.

Probably not the cheapest, but excellent work - recently had my check strap fixed there.

HI sent you an email with details for Ray Barnett but no reply so don't know if you got it Hes based at Harelaw Garage, Stanley tel no 01207 234400 or 01207 282447 he's just yards from us so postcode would be very close on multimap DH9 8DB
