Red Gen1 GTS Vs Hillman Imp!

Hi folks,
Had a tortoise and hare situation today from Scotland to the Midlands on the M6.
A carmine red gen1 991 gts went past me in my Hillman imp 3 times from the Scottish border to just north of Wolverhampton. Does anyone know the car, WXI 26? I also have a Gen1 GTS, so it was great seeing one on the road, but the on this journey at least the hare and tortoise were about the same regarding covering the massive distance...... but even so I think I would still have preferred being in my GTS aswell!
