14th July Cars the Star Show- Heaves Hotel, Levens. Contact Mike Trotter to book as there are only a few places left. You need to be on site by 9.45 latest.

17th July Monthly Meeting - Garstang GC "" Noggin & Natter

21st July Abbeys & Castles Drive & Lunch. Meet at Carlisle Details TBC or contact Mike Trotter for more info

21st July Drive & Lunch at Nutters. We have been invited by Adrian from Region 5 to join them on their drive and lunch at Nutters famous restaurant at Norden near Rochdale. Meet at 12.00 noon at Birch Services, M62, to leave at 12.30 for a 40 mile scenic drive to Nutters. Cost is £26/head (excluding drinks) Adrian needs a £10/head deposit. 6th August - Social meeting "" Greyhound Inn, Bothel

11th August "" German Classics Car Show, Haigh Hall, Wigan. + Region 18 Street Class Concours. I need names to be able to book a plot at this event by Monday 22nd July. The organisers will be allocating space for all the clubs and I have asked for the prestigious position next to the Hall.

18th August "" Dalmain Classic Car Show, Penrith. See attached entry form. Wigton Motor Club require only 1 booking and payment per club, so please send your £3.00 entry fee to:- Mike Trotter, 13 Valley Drive, Carlisle, CA1 3TB by 29th July

21st August "" Kirkby Lonsdale MC Concours "" Heaves Hotel. Prize for Best Porsche presented by PCGB "" Region 18

25-27th August Oulton Park Gold Cup. FREE entry for Porsche and occupants. Book direct on Oulton Park website. Parade laps will be available

 
David - is there any merit in putting a "sticky" thread at the top of R18's part of the forum for events?

That way the more important stuff like you have posted above is always at the top? I think you need a moderator to do it but I'm not sure?

I hope you can manage a swift half this evening, it should be a nice evening weather wise.
