Regional Director

Mr968

New member
Hi chaps,

Some of you may have met a chap called Chris Clarke who sometimes acompanies me to events. Chris is the joint RO for the North West region and he is also running for the Regional Directors position.
There is a voting form with your current Porsche Post as well as a postage paid envelope so please put an X in the box for Chris, he does a great job for the North West region and I'm sure will do an even better job as the Regional Director.
Thanks chaps.
Stuart.

uum, i'm not sure Chris stands a chance against Geoff Ives as Geoffs know by so many members having been a director before and also running cotswold rally, porsche and polo & IOM trips every year.

i'm finding it very hard to know who to vote for as Geoff has a proven track record. but, then again it might be good to have some new blood at the helm and also someone who could represent those who live to te north. Chris has also promised to get around the meeting actually attend regional club nights where possable......which i think has been something thats been lacking in the past. down side is he won't use the forum and only uses e-mail when he has to.

for those that don't know what the candidates look like

heres Geoff Ives : (finding a picture)

and

heres Chris Clarke :

Helen, Chris has now registered on the forum. He has not used it before as I have been able to adminster this side of things.

Just to clarify the picture of Chris for those of you who don't know - 'Chris' to short for 'Christopher' rather than 'Christine'. And no they don't always dress alike, Christopher hasn't got the legs for a skirt![:)]

Cheers,

Fred,
thanks for pointing that out, but are you talking from experience, I've actually seen Chris's legs [;)]
I've not seen Geoff's legs though so not sure how the vote would go on that basis and I do note that both candidates ommitted to supply such relevant information.[:)]

Hello Stuart,
I've seen Chris' legs when he was wearing shorts and it wasn't a pretty sight. [:)]

If directors were decided upon purely and simply by their legs then I don't have much chance then![:)]

Hi All

As I have known both Geoff and Fred for many years, I have to put on record that if you ever need help, both these individuals are always the first to come forward, and the last to leave. True friends indeed.

Let us leave this thread and let the two candidates answer questions on the other thread set up by Des

Have fun

Paul Kelley

Pity - I was just about to vote for Chris (tine) having seen that picture.

Shallow, moi?????

In which case I vote for Nicola!!!

In fact better than that I'm dumping the Chinese night out after the RS day at Oulton and heading out in Manchester now with Daz, Chris and erm.......

There's never a wolf whistle smilie when you want one[;)]
