An early heads up to have a good day at Upton House, west of Banbury (organised by Ken Coad - Calke Abbey was his event last year).
Exclusive parking along the quarter mile drive, plus free entry - lovely gardens and house to visit.

Paul, I've popped this in the diary - hope I can make it. Calke Abbey was a great day out. I'll email Narinda to let her know. Happy New Year to you and all in R10. Jeff

Hi Paul My wife ( Linda ) and myself , would like to be included in this event, sounds great fun. We are both NEW members to the Porsche GB Club. Any details would be welcome. We would also like to come to your club nights/events, as we live in Towcester, not far from MK. Look forward to hearing from you. Phil.

Welcome to the Club, Phil and Linda!... Just see the link on the first post of this thread and please call Narinder at Club Office (01608 652911) to inform her of your intention to attend[;)] See you there[:)]

Hi Can anyone please confirm whether the gates open at 10 AM or if the cars have to be there before then to be parked on the drive? John

John Parking states from 10am see link [link=http://www.porscheclubgbforum.com/tm.asp?m=827443]http://www.porscheclubgbforum.com/tm.asp?m=827443[/link]

Parking 10am - 4pm and owners are asked to bring a drip tray.
‘Drip tray’ (can be anything which protects the ground from being soiled with any fluid from your car) is quite important, if you know this is an issue with your car - Upton House has specifically requested this, please - thank you. Yeah, we’ll be there trying to get some kind of order to the thing [:)]... look forward to seeing y’all[:)] ... let’s do our best to make it a nice, good natured event and enjoy all the cars without too much complaining about who did what, and why did this happen, or people leaving in a huff because they thought their car should have been in prime position on the roof of the house, or the weather didn’t suit their colour of car, or indeed, question why grass is green, or the sky was not blue enough, or something else...or, or [8|].... just hope you all enjoy your Porsches![;)]
