Removal of Door Trim

When my drivers side window is dropped down it "clanks" as it reaches the bottom and then rattles especially when you shut the door. Is it easy to gain access to the window by removing the door trim so I can see what is happening?? If so, how do you do it?? What about the air bags? Thanks,

I can extract the pages from the workshop manual if you like. If you want them, send me an email and I'll attach them to a reply. Approx 1.3Mb. I'm on holiday in Spain at the moment, so don't panic if you don't get an instant reply.

Mine does what I expect is the exact same thing, it's the sound of glass hitting metal, no rattling that I've noticed though. I get it intermittently when the driver's window drops entirely. I had the OPC look at this over a year ago and they replaced a couple of parts under warranty and it seemed fine, but it has recently started up again. I'd be interested in hearing what the problem is if you find it.
