remove the trims under the bonnet around the arpeture, this will reveal 2 torx screws at the front of the bumper, under each headlight there is a slide clip which pulls in towards the centre of the bumper.
you then needs to remove each front part of the wheel arch liner and behind the driver headlight is the electrical plug which needs disconnecting and behind passenger headlight if you have it will be the washer pipe for the headlight washers once disconected if not clamped it will let all the water out

on the underside of the bumper is a series of t30 screws along with one on either side facing upwards where the bumper screws to the wing, the indicator lights push backwards and unclip from the front if all is well then the bumper should come of, sometimes it gets wedged under headlights.

refitting is as removing but ensure the bumper slides into the guides where the indicators fit

When removing get help or use something like old piece of carpet to front bumper doesn't suddenly drop and get scratched. Refitting easier with 2 people lifting it back into place.

To remove the slide clips I bent a wire coat-hanger into a hook. Needed quite a pull!

when you remove the aperture cover's look where the bumper meets the wing you will see a clip woth a small hole in it which you need to hook and pull intowards the bonnet opening

Thank you all
Does anybody know if I have to buy the parts 997-575-141-90 and 997-505-541-01 to my new GT3 bunper, or does the parts from my standardbumper fit?
