Removing Bose sub from the rear

I'm about to go on a trip down south with my labrador in the back, when I was hunting for my new 911 I didn't even realise that the Bose sub cut the space on the rear parcel shelf that I was expecting to house my big lab!

Any idea if it comes out easy enough to give him a bit more space on a 4 hours drive?
