Removing Handbrake Sleeve?

Hello!!

Quick question, how do you remove the front part of the handbrake?? I bought a 993 Turbo handbrake sleeve (black with aluminium and carbon, has PORSCHE stamped down the middle), not sure how to get that front part off.
