Removing the rear seats

Hi Folks, Hope you all had a great New Years & Christmas.

I'm thinking of removing the rear seat flip down so I can put my Childs seat in more securely and without damaging the leather. Does anyone have a guide or tips on how to do this removal. I've been told it's quite simple but without any info I'm reluctant to attempt it.
