Replaced car battery - now stereo is not working - help please!

Hi

Since replacing my 987 car battery, the CDR24 stereo does not seem to work properly. At first no sound was coming on but the stereo LCD panel was lit up, then sound worked but only temporarily. The LCD still shows the radio station etc, but no sound is coming from my speakers.

I'm guessing this is something to do with an anti-theft device on the stereo, but not sure exactly how to fix this. Until the battery change I have never experienced any problems with the stereo.

Any advice on how to get my music playing again?
