There is nothing special about Porsche brakes so a trusted local garage should be able to cope with them. Mine is a 2.7 so an S might cost a bit more.
I can buy oem porsche discs for £344 for all 4 corners. Where do they get £1000 to fit them from. the service bill has been quoted at £882 , a four year service. Just wondering whether that includes consumables or they will add al load on top

Just checked this out & the discs are priced at £100 each - so that's £600ish isn't it with the pads - or have I missed something??

just been told water pump is leaking slightly £587 to replace!!! this is getting ridiculous. Have sourced oem porsche discs for £344 and would like to know if the waterpump is an easy job or is it hard to get at?
There's also a TSB to dealers telling them NOT to replace water pumps if there is just a slight sign of dried coolant in the area - i had mine done under warranty, then the TSB came out - Porsche Germany claiming there was nothing wrong wit the returned units (as they did with the CDR23 head units lol!!)
