Replacement Hood

Hello all, I am looking to purchase another Boxster in the next couple of months. As such I have just started looking at whats available. I have noticed a number of 986 models with 986 facelift hoods on them. Not the normal conversion with a glass screen but actual faclift hoods. They appear to have been done by a company called PRC. I just wondered if anybody knew anything about these?

its not a BAS one - its a conversion done by Reading Porsche Centre where they put a facelift hood on a normal 986. I just wondered if anybody had any experience with them or an idea of cost?

It's not going to be cheap.

You need the whole roof assembly (frame as well) and the side windows (they have a different profile).

Hi Mark
sorry to contradict but according to other forums the windows are the same
