Replacement steering wheel options

I need a new steering wheel as the lugs that the horn springs fit onto have snapped, currently a bit of foam is doing the job but I want to get it fixed.

What replacement options are there? Obviously a new one from porsche and 2nd hand ones seem thin on the ground, but are there any other options that would fit and keep the airbag?
 
I have an old wheel if you fancy trying to swap over the broken bits - yours for a few quid..
