Replacement windscreen

Got mine from Autoglass through my insurance (Carole Nash) it cost me £50 he had it done in my drive in 15 minutes. No mess and a pleasant bloke.
The new glass guaranteed for the life of the car.

I am relieved to hear that front windscreens are readily available, but what about the rear screen? I would expect that to be a far more complex process. I treat my tailgate like china, as I am dreading any damage to the glass.
Has anyone replaced the rear window recently and was the outcome successful?

Thanks,

Yes I've had the rear screen out, apart, resealed and refitted. It was a lot of work but its not as fragile as you might think (as long as you are sensible!!). Have a look through my old posts, I wrote a blow by blow account a while ago.
