Replacing side skirt rubber seals on 964

Has anybody ever replaced the rubbers between the sideskirts and the body of a 964. John Miles site has some guidance on this matter on his site. However, I was wondering whether somebody could give any guidance on the matter ?

Sincerely

Jeff, Try the 968uk.com site. I know it is not a 964 but they are very similar! I am going to do this on the CS next due to shrinkage. You need 5 clips per side as they break and 10mm spanner to remove the skirts. Trial and error then to get the new rubber fitting nicely before you pop back in the nylon poppers.

Forest fine do the rubber parts. See ebay.

I did mine, or to be more accurate I bough the bits, and eventually my garage did it as part of fixing the oil tank. Make sure you have the nylon clips (there are two sizes, I suspect the 993 uses similar but larger ones) plus the bungs they go into, plus the 10mm plastic nuts that go on the bolts fixed to the car. Looks easy, but probably isn't.
