Replacing the low tone horn - but where is it?

I am obviously stupid to ask this question but, here goes. I need to replace the low tone horn on my car & have bought a replacement. But, I cannot find where it is in the engine bay on my S to replace it & cannot find anything on the forum, on Clarkes Garage or the internet to tell me (which says it must be a simple thing to do - still too difficult for me though...).

Any help will be greatly appreciated & will allow those more mechanically minded to take the p*ss. [:D]

It may be one of those things that's in different places from model to model but both horns should be just ahead of the NSF wheelarch. On an 'S' (or a lux) you'll probably be able to see them if you look under the front of the front spoiler, getting to them might be more difficult though depending on what else is stuffed under there (loads on my turbo).

Thanks for that Riverside. Have the day off tomorrow to do some work on the car while the weather is nice & will have another look, based on your instructions.

well on an S2 both the horns are under the pass headlamp well. Wind the headlamps up and you will see the earth strap bolted to the chassis and just make out the horns under the base of the headlamp well. Prob need access via the pass wheel arch with wheel off.Don't forget to remove fuse and relay for the headlamps if you put youtr hands down there

yep, on the N/S/F as described above. Removing the undertray makes them easy to find.
