Respraying Panels in Winter

My front bumper is full of stone chips and consensus is that it needs a respray.

I am wondering if winter - ie. low ambient temperatures affects the ability to respray and if a better finish including lacquer is actually produced in warmer weather? Ignoring the winter roads, am I better leaving the respraying until spring or will the result be just as good regardless of the outside temperature/weather conditions?

I understand winter roads are not exactly ideal but car is garaged and only used on dry days at the moment.

Thanks,

Steve

paint shop use heated spray booths so out side temp makes no difference , in colder weather they just stay in the oven longer , as winter is the time the council spread loads of grit on the roads and this can be the worse time for chips , i would book it in for paint in the spring if it was me
