Restorers in the Edinburgh area?

Hi, would anybody have any recommendations for restorers in the Edinburgh area? A friend is looking for somebody to sort a poorly restored 1976 Targa. Thanks, Andrew.
 
There is a restorer based in a farmyard between East Linton and Dunbar. I went on a TIPEC visit last year and it was a serious set up. His name escapes me but hopefully some one will fill in the gap!
 
Bill Dalgetty Vintage & Classic, and i've also been to him a few times in the past with TIPEC. Thank you i've already passed on his details. As a matter of interest, is the SAAB turbo still on the right inside the door? It was there for years.
