Retrofitting Cruise Control!

Ok I'm looking at swopping cars.

I liked this one.

Was surprised to find no cruise control!

Can it be retrofitted?

1. Easily!!
2. Not at an extortionate fee!!!

For a 2002 Targa it would be £350+VAT (cheaper than factory fit).
