Tony,

Good to see you and your wife last Sunday. Changning the subject matter a little. what is the name of the local mechanic that works on your car. My starting problem has re-appeared and my windshield wipper system is leaking. Other than these small problems, the car has been a dream.

Speak to you soon.

Hi Al

Good evening last Sunday ......

Paul Dangerfield : 663516

Give him a call and he'll sort you out. I have mentioned you so just an introductory commission necessary!

See you soon

All in all a very nice day and quite well organised. Upward of 100 classics attended.

Thanks to the few members who dropped by.

The 356 had a valve scare during the week but I decided to give it a go and apart from a few back-fires on retard, it ran like a dream.

Same thing next year but in the mean time watch out for the Classic Car Day in Peel ..... No dates confirmed for June / July.

I thought it was very good afternoon Tony, more cars there than I expected and everybody was really friendly. I would certainly go again next year so the question is what can I get that is pre-74 in the meantime I wonder if I sold my wife's car, one of the kids and my lawnmower if I could manage a '73 RS....?

Your 356 is very nice, I think the interior is in pretty good order from what I could see, equal to my 3.2 at least and that is a few years newer!

Julian
