Reversing Camera

Hi all,
From the '04 model year Porsche offered a reversing camera as an option on the 955, does anybody have this feature on an '06 or earlier car? If so could you send me pictures and if possible the option code.
Thanks

Hello Tony, yes I have one and it’s also functioning. Give me a day or 2 and I’ll sort out a photo and option code, and the problems I’ve encountered with it, usually the wiring breaking.

Hello Tony, here are the pictures and I think the code is 7X3. Have you seen the camera operate? Very James Bond, comes out from under a flap on 2 telescopic legs and points downwards to the bumper. The original wires break because of the movement and I have repaired mine a few times then had to rewire it from back of camera(inside camera body) to about a foot into the original loom below back window .
All the best, Tony!IMG_4027.jpegIMG_4028.jpegIMG_4032.jpegIMG_4030.jpeg

Many thanks I’d always assumed the camera was in a fixed position! I’m planning on getting the PCCM upgrade and was surprised to find it supports a rear camera - so now I need to figure out if I can have both! Thanks again Tony
