Rimwax

I applied it on Sunday after taking all four wheels off and washing them back to spotless. Two coats of rimwax on the outside and one thick one inside and water just falls off them which bodes well for the future. It smells nice too but that's all I can report so far, other than to say humping 18" wheels around gives you a bit of backache the following day and sitting on the ground balancing them on your feet whilst refitting them makes your buttocks ache too. (This may not apply to fitter folks out there....)

Been using this product all year and gives a nice finish, as you say. Doesn't prevent brake dust or tar sticking on the rims, but makes it a bit easier to wash off. One tip, I've got an old wash mit that I use only for the rims, and it stops ripping your hands to bits on sharp metal edges.

Laughed out loud reading ur post, never dared admit same symptoms after track days and big ol' BBS rims .......by the 4 th one, i am struggling and they re lightweight ...............................Rimwax sounds great but nothing comes close to warm water and a sponge on a regular basis !

There was a comparison done in autoexpress a few months back. Rimwax was about third on the list. The cheaper turtle wax nano wax came out highest.
