RMA Spa trip July 07

really good - enjoyed watching it and remembering my own visit in June with Autotrack - envied the clear track [:)]

Bit of a treat having an empty track wasn't it, but on the other hand there's nothing to chase!

Yeah, saw the Ring lap... it was 7 mins in until u overtook something that WASN'T made out of plastic!
But seriously, I've only raced the Old Ring/ New Ring combo once (4 lap sprint, 25 Clios, 35 Fiestas, 25 Touring cars, torrential rain... none of this pussy Enduro Racing for me...) so I think you've got more laps than me around there so not going to pass a pontificating judgement on your lines ;-) Just don't know it as well as Spa!
To the amateur, looked like there were a couple of interesting moments on the Ring lap though???

Cheers

Rick

You probably noticed one particularly poor driving moment at Adenauer Forest where I completely missed 2nd gear and was floundering through the middle of the sequence with no power at all![&:]

The 64RS I caught towards the end had been Ninemeistered so certainly had some power, but I'd hardly say the red 993RS at the beginning was plastic!

I'd have to say I know Spa rather better than the Ring too, but planning to go back to the Ring again this year in November for more practice![:)]

Nice lap Tim....Spa has to be "The Circuit" still recoiling from the Francorchamps weekend....are you up for this again next year? It will be 15 Jahre 964RS 3.8 & RSR....any excuse...[:D]
