Hi all
Were having an open day on saturday 18th August, come along and have a look at what we do and how we do it!
We cover all aspects of restoration from metal work to paint to fit up and finish and have a few projects on the go to look at.
All are welcome, turn up from around 10 o'clock for a look around.
Any questions please ask.

Thanks
Graham

But Gavin Stuart and I went to Roger Bray's new workshop opening..

Graham went for the fastest engine drop demo.. he cheated, he had one of those modern car lifts.

The set up must be a real pleasure to work in crisp and clean, well it was when we all turned up...no I know it will be more or less like that all the time if it's anything like the old workshop.

I would personaly like to Say a HUGE thanks to Graham and ALAN??? ( have I got the wrong name?

) the body shop guy / guys who I guized and picked up loads of tips and ideas for me to take away to do on the 54 project. As not all of us have the money to do such an indepth resto but can only try and follow the high standards of others, from our home garages. So I now , many thanks to the owner of the black 356 cab ( who was not alowed to come that day as his wife was about to have a baby.... well I was there

) As he had to have a whole front new clip ekk!!££££ so I took a template off it in different forms and I have offered it up to the car and I now have some work to do. So that was worth the 5 hrs driving just for that!!! going to cut out a copy on MDF for a better ref.

The food was stunning can I order some more of those mini Jam sponge cakes!!!!! yum yum.. x 5 ( well it was rude not to help eat them all )

Roger I hope the whole project works out well for you, as I spoke with Roger some time back when the two buildings were not joined and he did seam the whole world was on his sholders, and the builders where no where to be seen!!!!!
