Yes they are the nominated SD cage suppliers.
Yes they might well sell you one, if they have any in stock.
BUT
They dont reccomend the bolt in versions. Well they didnt to me...

Nowt wrong with a bolt in, the foot plates & speder plates have to be welded in place if done properly anyway & biggest spank a pal has had on track- at 'ring a good 6 rolls at 90+mph downhill, engine & gearbox ended up 200metres away type spank, bolt in safety devices cage & he was fine.
EMC put the bolt SD cage in my car before my ownership, however & I can't quite work out how its got its scruitineers stamps, the A pillar mounts have no plate under them, which isnt really ideal..

I would be very very choosy about who I got to instal a weld in cage. Done properly they no doubt have many advantages over bolt in. Sure EMC one would be 100%....
I have seen several 'professionally' welded in cages with some joints not fully welded. Worst one had some silicon sealant applied to cover the difficult to get to missed weld!!!
A bolt in cage can be installed by someone far less skilled and still be OK. Obviously the better it's fitted, the better it will be.
Dedicated full race/rally car = weld in preferred
Road/occasional trackday car = bolt in fine (rear cage only preferred as un-helmetted heads and front roll cages don't mix well)

I have a Half cage, bolt in from safety devices.
EMC would only sell full cage.
If you explain to Safety devices you only want half cage (bolt in), they should help you out, they did with me!

Fabricage in Cambridge would make you one to fit, might need your car for a few days but they made mine for my Stratos Replica from a drawing done by a friend. Scruitineer says one of the best fits he has seen.
I rallied a SD1 rover for years with a bolt in full cage including removable diagonal. As previously stated as long a spreader plates are installed correctly and the correct spec of bolts used then there will not be a problem. Not quite as strong as weld in but not as big a diffirence as you might think.

You can buy a weld in cage and only have half of it fitted.... but yes it does mean that you compromise your cars usage.
personally I would trust anything that bolts into the seatbelt mountings.
My brother had a very nice bolt in half cage from roll centre, they even added an additional short horizontal for the harnesses.
