Have just fitted the Roock Sports Exhaust and I can tell you it' s " Wicked"

Looks superb, beautifully finished and sounds just amazing! Extremely Ferrari 355 like, as opposed to other systems that give you that TVR big bore sound. Could have been a bit louder but having said that I guess it' s probably the right volume level for most.

Anyone ever considering a Roock and not too far from London you can always listen to mine if the sun is shining of course [:D]

Glad you' re pleased with your new exhaust; I (see other recent thread on exhausts) have just had the Tequipment Sports Exhaust fitted; lots of difference sound wise especially in the lower rev range and I agree with you it does have a rather full, rorty sound to it (TVRish more than Max Powerish hopefully!), however it retains the lovely wail post 5,000 revs. As per the brochure it' s more about sound and look than performance and I couldn' t detect any performance gain on a blast on Saturday. Does your Roock give any performance gain?
All in all I' m more than pleased with the fuller sound (particularly in the lower end of the rev range) and I' m impressed with the " sebring" look, should also last a while!

Hi Andrew

The exhaust alone will not give one ounce yet alone IBHP more power but I was told should I ever fit the manifold and Sports Cats then we are talking a power hike and slightly more volume to the new banshee sound track [:D][:D]

Is the Tequipment the system with the D shaped exit pipes?

Regards ..Robert

Sneaky Mr daro911. I demand his privileges are removed!
[;)]I figured rather than keep every one in suspense as price is a key point when buying these type of accessories might as well let the cat out of the sports bag sooner rather than later [:D]

Hi Robert
the two exit pipes are round and are surrounded by 9 small circular holes (of different sizes) which gives an " off-round" appearance. The bypass pipes are quite visible and run along the rear width of the car.
it' s the system featured on p.13 of the Spring/Summer tequipment brochure.
Out of interest I noticed that PorscheShop are advertising a twin high flow system including 2 manifolds and cats etc with a claimed bhp increase of between 20 and 30!
they show a bhp rating of 264! for a 2.5 with the described exhaust etc system together with a trueflow induction kit. the exhaust is £1695 and the induction system £295
regards
Andrew
