Roof not working after flat battery ?????

I had to change my battery today and after I had fitted the new one a took the car for a blast. With the fantastic weather I presses the button for the electric sun roof and nothing...

Does it require a reset after the power down from the battery being changed, I did have a phase of the battery being flat and then charged and then going flat again. Could this have confused the roof?

Any help would be much appreciated!

You could try checking the fuses, just in case. Otherwise, the only thing that I can think is that the control module has lost its settings while the battery was disconnected. I think you need to get a diagnostic check done.
