Roof rail rubber seals...

Anyone know how to replace the rubber seal that is either side of the roof rails (the bits with the roof-rack mounting points) on a coupe?

It looks like it might just sit under the roof rail which is then screwed back on top, or simply be glued in, but not sure.

Any advice appreciated.

Has anybody got any tips on how to remove the four screws that are under the four flaps in these roof rail strips?

I just got myself a roof transport system roof rack from ebay and went to try putting it on for the first time on the weekend, and I can't for the life of me get any of the four screws to budge. They actually seem to be made of quite a soft metal and I'm gradually destroying them the more I try. I've tried soaking them in WD40 but it has made zero difference.

Too scared to try again now as if I damage the screws much further then they'll never come out!
 
Thanks Richard, but actually grabbed these already from the TCB's on Renntech. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to tell me anything more than to remove the screws.

There's probably no magic answer to this. Might simply be a case of continuing to drown them in WD40 until they agree to come out!
