the Porsche part is different and has a gap between the roof and the front edge of the spoiler. Also the ends appear to fit slightly inside the roof line.
Someone told me ages ago when I was admiring one, that I should avoid a particular type but it was too long ago for me to remember the details.

Mine has been on for god knows how long, its the 993 version shown above. No issues at all with fit, finish or longevity...

Hi Kevin, long time no hear, I think I met you at C of G way back when Dave Wilkinson was RS.
Thanks for the link to your write-up. Prices have moved on and the cost from Design11 is 3x what you paid.
Can you shed any light on as to why the spoiler cover has the gap instead of finishing flush with the roof line. Also did you need to use a smaller wiper blade?

Hi David,
crikey, that's a long time ago now.....
I'm not sure why it had the gap, always baffled me as a genuine 993 part.....
wiper blade was the same size, the only thing I think I did was to increase the area underneath inside to blank the brake light reflection coming into the rear screen view, was a bit off putting see the reflection.
