I'm in the middle of putting the car back together after doing all belts and a load of other things, I took reference photos along the way but forgot to take a photo of the rotor arm before removing it. If my engine is at TDC which way does the rotor arm go?!?

Thanks in advance!

Here you go :

IIRC it may only go on one way, but it has been a while since I have fiddled with an S2.

Cheers for the help!! Hadn't checked if it goes on multiple ways yet, just realised last night while I was thinking about what I needed to do I didn't take a photo of it!

Yes, only one way dicated by the grub screw, but the cam can also be 180 degrees out and it will still run okay, it just means that the plug leads will not be in the same orientation.

Are you retarded Phil! [;)]
Thinking of changing the rotor arm on my S or at least checking the brass bits aren't corroded.
Yes I do take on big projects [&:]
