All - I have arranged a full factory visit of AW Accident repair centre, Sleaford. This Centre has just been awarded the full Porsche accredited special paint system/accident/repairs for all Porsches. AW will give a full tour of the facilities which will include a video of the new paint system, a paint demo & very special drying system not the conventional type most of use know about. This will start at 10 a.m & finish for 12.30. Parking at the Centre is not a problem & the visit is free. Directions will be given when you confirm a place but post code is NG34 8GL. < www.awrepairgroup.co.uk > A lunch has been arranged at a local pub where parties can chat & comment on what they have seen. I do need to have numbers for the local pub however, but you pay for your meal on the day. Please e mail me on <r4@porscheclubgb.com> Richard PS This post went in the wrong bit it was meant to be a separate item[8|]

Invite to join the Rover car group at East Kirkby Heritage Centre ( Lancaster Bomber home of Lady Jane).

A lot of war history here to read & see.
I have entry forms & will forward if you fancy but its an early start of 9 a.m, for cars displaying. this is due to plane movements & safety.
Entry into the museum is included within your entry of £6 per car.
e mail for entry form <r4@porscheclubgb.com>

Not quite as early as Richard indicates. The rally itself is from 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. but exhibitors have been requested to arrive between 10.00 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. at the latest. It will make it easier to keep all the Porches together if we meet up outside Gantspeed, Chapel Lane, Mareham le Fen at 9.45 a.m., ready to leave at 10.00 a.m., since we will be only be 5 minutes away from the rally site. Also it would be appreciared if you let Richard know that you are coming since the entry will have been made directly by yourself to Bryan Leggate of the Mid Lincs Rover Club. Since this is the first time we are going there as a Club I hope there is a healthy turnout. We may not have the oldest cars to exhibit but we certainly show a variety of engineering concepts with rear, mid and front engine druives. Isn't this what Porches are all about? Entry forms still available from Richard and a Plaque will be available for all Participants who register before the end of May. Regards Keith
