RS Engne Mounts

During my last track day I noticed a distinct "rocking" of the powertrain as I removed and re-applied power. So much so that it was unsettling the balance of the car no unless I was very gentle with the accelerator pedal.

It has got me thinking that at ten years old and 100K+ the original engine mounts are probabl;y well past their best. Has anyone here at experience of changing to RS mounts? Also, I am assuming they are the two mounts visible when you open the engine compartment.

Any advice / experience appreciated.

And don't forget the other two which attach the front end via mounts on the gearbox. You want to do all 4 if you make the change.
