Hi guys,

spotted a RHD RS for sale on ebay Australia whilst browsing. £55-60k!
Does miles spent in a box add to car's mileage???
ebay item no. 220193911661

This looks quite messed around to me.

It's not a Clubbie but has a full cage ad fire extinguisher, non-standard rear spoiler, front valance, wheels and steering wheel --- and fair mileage so not that special.

But one of only 75 ish --- I wonder how few really nice ones are left ?

ORIGINAL: Melv

Wottamess!!
I couldn't agree more! There seems to be very little "original" about it! I love the way it states "the original seats" as I have never seen that colour or style. At least it's got one thing going for it. It does seem to be an RS. Over here, they build all sorts of things and call them whatever they want. I got excited when I saw a 993 GT2 advertised for $85,000!

No mention it's a replica and this was on an official Porsche Club website!

Anyway, I do hope the RS is worth that sort of money. Last one I heard of changing hands down here was even more of a mess and reached $100,000 about 2 years ago. There is also a 993 RS Touring for sale over here for $285,000, genuine RHD with 20,000kms! With all that, what is my car worth? I guess between $135,000 and $150,000 (£60-66K)

OK, so it's no virgin but at £30K it's the cheapest RS for sale at the moment. What's the catch?
