Look out for the date boys, book it up early, porsche only day.
Friday late march.
Any ideas of a place to eat, other than the chinese?

Yes Doc , but for us Southerners tend to come up Thursday , now its a Friday and then Chinese Friday .............................i am always up for a curry if anyone knows a good local?????????????

Vic, same as last year then? Up Thursday afternoon, exclusive dinner for the very wealthy [:)] on Thursday night. Trackday Friday, then Chinese, home on Saturday.

When Dr Damp provides dates thats what i intend to book .................unless u fancy the Nunsmere place ..............not sure i ve room for clean shirt !

If we stick with the Premier watever , the restaurant there did nt look too bad ???
Its all a bit far ahead for someone my age , may need to look for places with wheelchair access

the restaurant there did nt look too bad
It looked a bit like a Brewers Fayre to me.
Nunsmere looks nice, probably has wheelchair access too. It's only £160 per night [8|]

Fine wiv me , watever u do pse do thurs/Friday for me too......................just dont tell the dragon or she may get an appetite for it !

You have probably tried the Alvanley Arms at Cotebrook as a B & B, which is very near Oulton Park. It's certainly cheaper than Nunsmere Hall.

You could try The Heathercliffe Hotel too, on Frodsham Hill.

Whilch Chinese have you been using? The Delamere Fortune Palace or maybe the Fortune Palace in Frodsham? There's a couple of Indian restaurants in Frodsham too.

Think its the Delamere one ............big place on a corner with plenty of car parking!
Tks for the tips ...............

Delamere Fortune Palace is the usual chinese restaurant that we use.

The Alvanley Arms at Cotebrook looks good, it's a pub and B&B is from £52.50 per night. They have 7 rooms and have a restaurant. http://www.alvanleyarms.co.uk/

Much more my price range .............not sure abt u and those lambs gambolling in the fields though! Postcode in the Tom Tom and away .....................

There's a new campsite facility at Delamere Forest and near to the station. I'm not sure if it is run by the Forestry Commission but I can find out if it helps.

I only live about 10 minutes away from both Delamere Forest and Oulton Park.

If you want the Alvanley Arms, you'd best book early!
