Well picked up the beastie today and drove her home. Washed, cleaned and a layer of do-do wax and she's ready to go to the bodyshop now to have a few bits sorted.

Have always wasnted to see it next to my RS and today it finally happened.

They do look good, it would be difficult to choose whch one to take out for a run! [:D]

Did you get the "RSR" for under ÂŁ1/2 a million? or is it perhaps based on something else? [;)]

Wow!
Fabulous Jason - never coveted my neighbours ox - but a (blood or signal) orange RSR!

Come on, where did you find that? If it's the rep that Autofarm had have for sale recently I'm really jealous!

How did you manage to get home without getting pulled for no plates?

Or was your son towing you!

It would be interesting hearing the story of your new baby?

Is it garage queen or track whxre? [;)]

I should guess that Jason had some choice in the colour combination --- and that exhaust looks like it's never been fired up in anger.

But do please tell all, $1m was the asking price for the IROC car --- which I was invited to sit in !!

And I can tell you, the bum fit !

Live life on the edge my dear fellow - the law will never take me alive[:D]

When I get half an hour or six I'll do a full right up - lets just say when I was cleaning it today I noticed the rear shelf was still in there....all I thought was "oh no thats got to be nearly 1kg in weight...best get it out! The only other thought I had when I saw it was "brilliant, stone chips, no point leaving it in the garage then[:)]"

First thing I need to sort is the brakes though...got a leak in the master cylinder and one of the oil pipes along the sill....apart from that its as dry as a bone.

I'd take some pics of the engine bay but its so clean you'll all spend Sunday opening your rear hatches looking in and thinking, "christ what a mess"....and I wouldn't want to make Sundays that boring for you...

Later[:)]

I assume that this is the No.3 to which you have been referring --- it isn't just a tease ???? !

The RSR has just contacted me from the garage.

She's not impressed you have turned her thread into a forklift fest.

She is having some cosmetic touch ups and says can you stop it or she'll kick your ass when she gets out.[8D]

OR BUST ME EARDRUMS!!![:D][:D][:D]

PS Doesn't Firmin sell fork lift trucks ????

Just seen the pics. What a fantastic combination!

Congrats,

Hacki

P.S.: Do they always come with a forklifter and are forklifters available in mintgreen also, so that the Great Mintmeister can finally have the ultimate combination (Clubbie, Van, Forklifter) ?
