RS Weights

Hi

Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can find out weights of 993RS' that have differing options fitted. Mine for instance is a comfort with all the comfort bits, a cage and a clubsport wing pack ( bit of a fatty). I know that I will be taking a chunk of weight out when my new Recaros are fitted but im intrigued to know how much things like AC, leccy windows etc add to the 1200+ kurb weight.

Cheers

With cage, comfy seats and a/c, from past experience of weighing these cars I reckon you will come in a few kilos north of 1300kg......get those seats in, you will notice the difference driving the car [;)]

We put my 993RS (Basic model, lightweight buckets, no cage, small spoiler, A/C, manual windows and Max Power amplifier) on the scales at Brands Hatch. It was 1288 Kg with about 30 L of fuel. I would estimate it at 1260 Kg without fuel and the amplifier which is now in the bin!

Nick, same weight as my CS with it's full cage, a/c, spare wheel, tools etc and 1/2 tank of fuel.

Nick and Paul. Far too lardy. Not you the cars.[;)]

My 993 GT2-R weighed in at Brands at 1108kg with the fuel tank just needing the reserve switch turning on. I believe the reserve in the tank is 10 litres.
