RUBBING NOISE

Hi,

i have a 997 cab 2005 38k miles.

When i steer my steering wheel at almost full lock a rubbing noise comes from the front of my car as if the tyres are rubbing against something. When driving and doing normal turns i have no issues. I have 19' alloys, does anyone have an idea of what that might be?
 
It must be cold and winter again...[:(]

It most probably the wheels skipping across the tarmac,all of them do it on lock but it,s more noticeable in the winter.
