Had a great run out yesterday over to Whitby, eating at Trenchers again - great fish and chips - thought it might be an idea to repeat the March event next month, hopefully to take in more of the villages on the North Yorks Moors.

Anyone interested?

John & Rita

We would be up for that, as long as its not snowing [&:]

Can't do the 7/8th or 13/14th though. The first week in the month might be nice though.

Mark.

Hiya John & Rita,
Mags and I would be up for that. Not the 7th/8th though.

Hi All,

Irene and I are up for the run but not 7/8 or 14/15 of Oct.

Just for info West Midlands Region are running a Charity Treasure Hunt on the 15th Oct and some of us planning to go to that, so would not want the yorks Run date to clash

let us know what date you finally settle on

Regards

I would love to come, but for the first time in many a year im porscheless[8|] hopefully not for too long though...ive lots of irons in lots of fires[;)][;)][;)]

Keep a discreet distance? Stuff that pal - you can squeeze in between Jacob and myself. It's not the car, it's the driver and passangers that count! [;)]

Hi John -

We would be interested in run out - but not on 15 Oct. as we are going on W. Mids charity run.

Regards - Randolph

Lizzie and I are up for a blast out. Any weekend in October is good with us as I dont think we have anything on.

Regards,

Neil & Lizzie

Thanks for all your replies - I am trying to avoid half term holidays so I think Sunday l5th October would probably be the best day.

Meet at Specialist Cars at Malton for coffee and refreshments, then a mystery tour ending up in Whitby for fish and chips.

Will also post on North East region.

John

Hi John,

Very disappointed at the choice of date for the run, specially, as there are at least 4 cars that are not able to join you on this date. I am sure a more equitable date could have been chosen as I am not sure how relevant school half term is on this event.

Regards

I thought half term holiday would prevent some members joining the run - I am flexible with the dates - as last time I will try to arrange allocated parking at Whitby Marina car park and book at Trenchers.

If the 22nd October is more convenient lets go for it.

Comments please

John

Hi John
I can make either date. However the 22nd would be more favourable as having re-read the thread no one has said they can't make the 22nd. Also it would be a shame to put on an event which clashes with a local regions charity event forcing some into making a choice. Just my two pennorth for what its worth.

See you soon.
