rust and POR15 ??

Good morning,

I noticed that many 944s suffer from rust in the UK.

On rennlist, several members recommend POR15 (a rust inhibitor) but US or Canadain sellers don't ship out these products overseas. According to a french jaguars owner, the UK is the only country in Europe (the UK is in Europe, isn't it) where it's sold (http://www.frost.co.uk/result_search.asp?keyword=POR15&gclid=CNi14sCd9ZACFRE1aAodG2xG0w)

Has anybody ever tried this product ? Is it efficient ?

I do know the better (and only) way is to remove the rusted metal but there're several places hard to reach under the car and I seek for a preventive product.

I have just ordered some from www.frost.co.uk as I noticed some surface corrosion inside the bottom of the driver's side front wing ( the part where it is open to the elements) when it was up on the ramps the other day.

Once i've tried it out, I'll post my experiences.
